RJ WANG

RJ Wang is a Chinese-born actor raised in rural North Texas. His love for storytelling began as an All-American public speaker in speech and debate, an endeavor that would land him at UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television. There, he starred in numerous department productions, most notably taking on the lead role of Katsuyori in A Most Favored Nation, a REMAP project backed by Epic Games and Intel Studios. RJ has since appeared in a variety of films, music videos, and worked as a TikTok Entertainment Assistant for NBCN.

His mission to amplify Asian-American representation in film and theater is rooted in both personal experience and a desire for lasting industry change. Through his work, he strives to amplify underrepresented voices and stories, pursuing the truth at the heart of every human experience worth telling.
